举世闻名的卡布奇諾（義大利文：Cappuccino，又有譯名「加倍情濃」）意思是義大利泡沫咖啡。20世紀初期，義大利人發展出了卡布奇諾咖啡。在濃縮咖啡上，倒入以蒸汽發泡的牛奶。此時咖啡的顏色，就像聖方濟會的修士在深褐色的外衣上覆上一條頭巾一樣，卡布奇諾咖啡因此得名。
Cappuccino is an Italian coffee drink prepared with espresso, hot milk, and steamed-milk foam. A cappuccino is traditionally served in a porcelain cup, which has far better heat-retention characteristics than glass or paper.
The name Cappuccino comes from the Capuchin friars, possibly referring to the colour of their habits or to the aspect of their tonsured (white) heads, surrounded by a ring of brown hair.
